SUMMARY

Installed new Ubuntu 24.04 LTS 24.04 (x86_64) on fresh real hardware.
Installed Kleopatra 3.1.28.230805 (23.08.5) from KDE Discover
Connected Omnikey 3121 USB-Reader to PC

Kleopatra can't access my OpenPGP smartcards.

I am using V3.3 and V3.4 cards bought at Floss-Shop in Germany.
On old Windows 7 machines, and also on Windows 10 machines, Kleopatra installed with GPG4Win can access and use my cards.

gpg --card-status
gpg: selecting card failed: No such device
gpg: OpenPGP card not available: No such device

Versions
------------
gpg (GnuPG) 2.4.4
libgcrypt 1.10.3

Since it doesn't even work with `gpg --card-status` it's clearly not a bug in Kleopatra.

Please ask for support on the gnupg-users mailing list. This is very likely a setup/configuration problem.

Sorry, I should have chosen WORKSFORME instead of NOT A BUG because I'm using OpenPGP smartcards all of the time with Kleopatra.
