Shows the font rendering error in the list of settings

If this bug is already tracked elsewhere, feel free to let me know so that I can reply there with my particular issue.

SUMMARY
Sometimes text looks odd at the bottom end of some menus. These include the list of settings in System settings and the list of software categories in Discover.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to Input & Output > Display & Monitor
2. Change the scaling from 100% to 150%.
3. Close System Settings.
4. Open System Settings back up.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the list of settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
The text rendered at the bottom of the menu contains many artifacts compared to the top of the menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text at the bottom of the menu should render about the same as the text at the top of the menu.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.9.1-1-default
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When the scaling is initially applied, the text renders fine. It is only when the window is closed and reopened that the issue appears. It looks alright on 100%.

This does not seem to happen in X11.
