SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  apt show kup-backup (running US English)
2. Compare Homepage to system language

OBSERVED RESULT
 Homepage links to the French site, English site does exist (https://apps.kde.org/fr/kup/ vs https://apps.kde.org/en/kup/)

EXPECTED RESULT
Homepage should link to the systems language as long as it's available

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE neon 6.0
KDE Plasma Version:  6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure if Product/Component were selected correctly

Also, I feel that a very minor severity level would more appropriate for this issue

This is a packaging issue. After a quick look, it seems debian has it correctly (no language code in URL). But Ubuntu has french. So please report bug to ubuntu. Thanks!
