STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use kickoff a little bit
2. Close it a few times
3. It won't respond to the meta key even after restarting plasmashell

OBSERVED RESULT
Kickoff doesn't respond to the meta key or windows key

EXPECTED RESULT
Kickoff should respond to the meta key and launch just fine
