SUMMARY

When floating panel unfloats due to approaching windows the panel moves to the adjacent screen, overlapping windows there.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup secondary screen to the left of primary screen
2. Add floating (!) panel to the left of the primary screen 
3. Open a window, move to the left
4. Observe that the panel overlapps parts of the secondary screen (and its content)
