SUMMARY
When I try to click on the Note symbole, it shows only a small icon, but not the text anymore.
The files under: ~/.local/share/plasma_notes
still exist.
The file ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc still seems to show the correct NoteID.

Though the files are barely usable outside of notes right now, because of HTML code everywhere.
Sidenote: It would be nice to have a plain text version for easier backup or switch to another app etc.

Where is the widget you're clicking on? In your panel, or on the desktop, or somewhere else?

This is working for me. Can you attach a screen recording that shows what happens when you click on the Notes widget in your panel? Thanks!
