kcmshell6 kcm_powerdevilprofilesconfig

The KCM is displayed but allows no input. It cannot even be closed.

Similar freeze if selecting "Power Management" from within System Settings but without even displaying the KCM

Are you running a dev build that isn't installed system-wide? There's an unfortunately unavoidable issue with the Power Management KCM now requiring a matching 6.1 version of the "org.kde.powerdevil.chargethresholdhelper" KAuth helper, and whoever hasn't replaced their system's pre-existing chargethreshold helper will experience a hanging KCM.

Is it really so unavoidable that we can't help but to freeze the GUI?
