SUMMARY
Customizations for a number of widgets do not persist after logout or restart. I do not mean configuration through the "Configure XYZ" window, but customizations like adding a menu item to the favorites or changing which items are pinned in the icons-only task manager. I have noticed the problem with these widgeths:

- Application menu
- Dashboard
- Icons-only task manager

There might be more, these are just the ones I noticed.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new panel
2. Add the icons-only task manager widget to it
3. Change the entries of the widget
4. Log out and log back in

OBSERVED RESULT
The entries are back to what they were by default when the widget was added to the panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
My own customizations should persist.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Void Linux

This happens both under X11 and Wayland.

Should be fixed in 6.1. if persists after updating, please reopen
