It was removed from the desktop context menu and now only appears in the toolbar that pops down from the screen in Edit Mode. So enter global Edit Mode and you'll see it up there. IThis was not well thought out. No one wants to have to enter edit mode just to add another panel that they are just going to enter edit mode on to tweak. It's as bad as hiding the context menu item for adding widgets. Looks like rediculious tweaks are bemade instead of bug fixes being handled. |
