SUMMARY
if you have a panel on the top of the screen, and have a system tray widget on it, the menu does not drop down, the menu appears to want to go upwards still.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  add panel to the top of screen
2.  add system tray
3.  drop down arrow appears to work but doesnt

OBSERVED RESULT
goes from up arrow to down arrow

EXPECTED RESULT
drop down menu appears

Works for me when I move my panel to the top of the screen. Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue happening?
