SUMMARY
I have updated to KDE 6.0.90

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to KDE 6.1 Beta
2. Open System Settings
3. Go to Sound

OBSERVED RESULT
Error: Error loading QML file.
qrc:/kcm/kcm_pulseaudio/main.qml:20 Cannot load library /usr/lib/qt6/qml/org/kde/plasma/private/volume/libplasma-volume-declarative.so: libKF6PulseAudioQt.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

EXPECTED RESULT
Open sound settings

Fixed. Needed to enable extra-testing and core-testing repositories in pacman.conf
