SUMMARY

Some global shortcuts stop working in the X11 session. But in Wayland it works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+T

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Running Konsole

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested with clean installation of the KDE Neon (both user and testing) and a bug is still present.

I don't see any output on the dbus-monitor when I press Ctrl+Alt+T.

Seems to be fixed by removing ~/.config
Now I don't know how to reproduce this bug. Maybe switching between X11 and wayland and something more.
