Demonstration of the odd tooltip placement

SUMMARY
Tooltip positioning in Filelight is wrong when the cursor is getting close to the bottom or right window border.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Perform a scan
2. Ensure the application window is sized in a way that the pie chart has very little padding from the window border
2. Move the mouse cursor over the pie chart and observe the tooltip
3. Move the cursor close the bottom or right edge

OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip will be rendered on the opposite side of the *window*, when the cursor is too close to the edge.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip will be rendered on the opposite side of the *cursor* (if window border is at physical screen border) OR beyond the window border.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: ArchLinux
Kernel: 6.9.1
KDE Plasma Version: N/A
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.1
Qt Version: 6.7.1 (Built against 6.7.0)
Display Server Platform: Wayland
Wayland Compositor: river 0.3.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue can be observed, regardless of how close to a border of the physical monitor the window border is.

I checked if other KDE apps have the same issue. But both Dolphin and Okular draw differnet looking tooltips that are rendered outside the window border.

Only tested on Wayland.
