SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to Hebrew or Arabic
2. Try to create a new profile
3. Switch to the Appearance (מראה) tab
4. Observe the left-hand side of the dialog 

OBSERVED RESULT
The objects on the page are hidden beneath the tab menu on the right

EXPECTED RESULT
These should be in their correct place so they will be visible

Sorry, you also have to switch to the Complex Scripts tab on top of the dialog.
