STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. drag the docker pane from main window
2. release the docker pane as  a sperate window



OBSERVED RESULT
docker pane cannot restore after unlock


EXPECTED RESULT
docker pane can restore after unlock

Please check the reply and the attached video in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476164.
This behavior is better soon in the next release where we're going to use a different docking system.
