SUMMARY
According to the tracker, the reported "Error: Abnormal access blocked !" is triggered by an announce header that falls into the error case linked below. With previous versions I didn't have any problems, but as soon as I updated from 23.x.x to 24.02.2 I started getting lots of these errors.

actually, maybe not. I can't see where libktorrent sets the Referrer metadata for that branch to be executed
