Konsole won't start, crashes on launch every time. 

I tried launching from Plasma applications menu or Krunner, Konsole crashes on launch and won't start.

Console window in Dolphin still works fine.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Removing ~/.config directory fixed the issue.
