SUMMARY
After update to Plasma 6 most icons disappeared everywhere. Some icons left unaffected, so I find out that only SVG icons were affected. 

This problem has something to do with local configuration files because it not affect second profile on same system.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I can't really provide steps to reproduce this bug, because it appeared randomly after update to Plasma 6 and only for one user profile.
But I found that I'm not the only one to encounter this bug https://discuss.kde.org/t/missing-icons-after-updating-to-plasma-6/12582

Could have been an issue in Kirigami.Icon, either internally or via some Qt regression. Is this still reproducible with Plasma 6.1.4 and Frameworks 6.4?

It was somehow fixed in one of updates around month ago. Sorry for not inform you at time.
