SUMMARY
With SDL Audio, the sound is very crackly, and I have no way to adjust audio latency. With RtAudio, when I pause playback the audio buffer is never cleared and it keeps looping a very short section of the sound. Very annoying.

In the playbacl settings: Make sure you use under Wn10: Wasapi or  DirectSound

I guess I'll have to reset all my settings and reinstall to test this again. Maybe I'll do it after my current project. I'm not having the issue currently, but having proper default settings is very important IMO
