It would be nice to be able to distinguish between active and inactive window by changing the titlebar text color.

The color settings for this seem to be present (Active Titlebar Text / Inactive Titlebar Text), but it looks like they are currently not being utilized by the Breeze Theme.

As a default Plasma Theme it would be nice to lead by example and respect all the prepared user color options.
