SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install another lanuage pack in windows (For my case, English was default and Korean was install)
2. take note that English should be in the top spot in the list(ie, the selected lanuage)

OBSERVED RESULT
KDEConnect will display in korean

EXPECTED RESULT
KDEConnect will display in english
