SUMMARY
All bookmarks for a particular pdf are lost if: (1) File is renamed; (2) file is moved to another folder or directory. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a bookmark and save file.
2. Change filename.
3. Re-open file and all bookmarks have disappeared.

OBSERVED RESULT
Bookmarks disappear after re-naming pdf file.


EXPECTED RESULT
Expect that bookmarks would not disappear after changing the name of the file, or after moving the file to another directory or folder. This is a critical problem that renders this otherwise great piece of software almost useless.
