SUMMARY
On Android, you can double click on the app switcher to open the previous app. This would be useful in Plasma Mobile as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double click square symbol in panel

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens (or the overview opens and closes immediately).

EXPECTED RESULT
Previously opened app is shown.
