Wifi scan data for affected open wifi network with owe
Here a scan of the affected open wifi with OWE ffm.freifunk.net
I can confirm this bug on Fedora 40: NetworkManager-1.46.2-1.fc40.x86_64 kf6-networkmanager-qt-6.5.0-1.fc40.x86_64 plasma-nm-6.1.4-1.fc40.x86_64 This only happens trying to connect to an unknown network. After manually creating a network profile using nmcli it connects just fine: nmcli conn add type wifi con-name '<NETWORK NAME>' ssid '<NETWORK NAME>' I hit this when I tried to connect to the free wifi at Dallas Airport, using Kubuntu 24.04. Maybe it will be fixed by this commit from June, when it filters down to us? https://github.com/KDE/networkmanager-qt/commit/a0fd534af280de14f4e7fb1c16fa9825e7fb594c |
