I have a dolphin window open with a webdavs folder. 
From an email I drag a PDF over the window and drop it.

Actual result: As soon as I release the mouse button the file is opened with Ocular (the action dialog - move/copy/cancel - is shortly displayed, but disappears too quick to select action

Expected result: the action dialog is displayed to select an action

Update: the issue seems to be only if I drop a PDF attachment from KMail, not between dolphin folders.
