On Wayland if You drag an image onto the GIMP window, specifically into the layers panel KDE just... stops. Not even the cursor moves.

I don't know why it happens but its consistent on both my machines.

Just tested on a fresh installation in a VM, easily reproducible

Can't repro this on Plasma 6 dev

I also made a mirror bug report over on GIMP gitlab and someone was able to reproduce it. I was also able to reproduce it in a fresh VM

Also can't reproduce in git master. There were come drag-and-drop fixed recently; let's assume one of them fixed it for Plasma 6.2. If you upgrade to Plasma 6.2 and still manage to reproduce the same issue, feel free to re-open this bug report.
