These aren't really for proper application system tray icons, just the built in Plasma 6 applets. The shape seems to change depending on what Plasma Style I'm using. It appears as a tiny black box with Breeze Dark. I'm getting a similar issue on a mostly stock breeze theme setup. It started occurring after I switched to Breeze Twilight resetting all my configuration. Created attachment 169087 [details]

Created attachment 169060 [details] After clicking a notification tray icon. SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Log into Plasma 6. 2. Put system into standby or logout. 3. Click on a notification tray icon. OBSERVED RESULT I am no longer shown the menu for the item that was clicked on, only a small cross shape where the popup should be. EXPECTED RESULT Display the popup for notification tray icons that are interacted with.
