STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install openSUSE Leap 15.5. (actually 15.4 also has this issue) with Chinese Simplified as the display Language.
2. open systemsettings and use some pages until there is some "Most used pages"


OBSERVED RESULT
 Chinese Characters in Most Used Pages" shown as "????"

EXPECTED RESULT
 Chinese Characters in Most Used Pages" shown as is.

Can't reproduce in 6.1; Unfortunately 5.27.9 is no longer supported. Please update to latest supported version and try again.
