A (keyboard shortcut?) ampersand is displayed in the configuration button tooltip.

OBSERVED RESULT

It shouldn't be present.

I have seen this also. For me it went away automatically, probably after a reboot.

If this issue still happens after rebooting can you check if this happens for a new user?

It doesn't occur on a new user, even after changing the font to the same as mine.

Also, it persists across reboots, and always happens. I don't know when it started.

I update every night (this generally equates to each reboot) so I can't say.

This is fixed in Plasma 6.1.
