When using multiple web browsers and pinning them to taskbar or favorites tab on start menu, their icons rarely change.
Example:
Browser 1 - Browser 2 - Browser 3
When those 3 are pinned to favorites tab, browser 1 icons randomly turns into browser 3 icon turning into this:
Browser 3 - Browser 2 - Browser 3
This rarely happens and once happened randomly, and once happened when i changed icon theme.

Just to make sure, is one of the browser entries possibly the special entry for the preferred/default browser, and you changed the default browser in between?
