holding control and scrolling within this text field

Created attachment 168964 [details] holding control and scrolling within this text field SUMMARY control key+scroll up/down changes numeric value of all effect properties by 1, rather than 10. have confirmed this functions as intended for others on newer versions of the application, on both the same and different distributions. this feature was available when i previously used kubuntu 22.04 LTS (which would have been on kdenlive version ~22.08) on the exact same hardware i'm using at the time of this report. as a hopefully isolating series of factors, i have not made any modifications to the binding of my left control key in plasma. i have also confirmed that this issue persists on my system on the backported version (has the same version number as the one installed directly from stable debian repos), as well as in the flatpak version of the application (which is available as version 24.02.1 from flathub). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. applied an effect to a clip within the timeline (in the most recent case, the "Transform" effect, but it has effected every effect i've tried this with) 2. with the clip selected, opened the effect properties in the "Effect/Composition Stack" tab 3. held the control key, scrolled up and down (expecting the value to change by a magnitude of 10), but it instead changed by one. also occurred when scrolling WITHOUT the control key being held. OBSERVED RESULT holding the control key and scroll up or down only changes a given value on an applied effect by a magnitude of 1, rather than 10. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: debian 12.4 bookworm (stable), 6.6.28-x64v3-xanmod2 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0 Qt Version: 5.15.8
