SUMMARY
In today's unstable builds in Fedora, Spectacle appears not to be respecting screenshots delays and takes screenshots immediately on clicking the specific kind of screenshot.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Access Discover
2. Change delay seconds
3. Attempt to take a screenshot with any choice

Wait, Discover? As in the app store?

If you meant to write Spectacle, this is likely a duplicate of bug 485240.
