SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a new Project
2. Click the Project Menu
3. Is disabled

Linux/KDE Plasma: 
Operating System: KDE neon 6.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0
Kernel Version: 6.5.0-27-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 32 × 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900
Memory: 62.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/PCIe/SSE2

I'm running two different versions of kdenlive: from packages and the appimage. On both I observe two different behaviours and both have the exact same version: 24.02.02:

The appimage allows to add a title but it has problems with the subtitle options and it's a little unstable. so currently I'm rendering one pass with the titles and the another pass with version from the packages.

If the version from packages opens a project saved with title clips it displays "INVALID" over other layers

Tristan, can you reproduce on KDE Plasma with latest stable version (v24.12.1) ?

Everything is working fine and the menu has been reorganized beautifly
