I just saw recent reports with renaming, where the authors do not pay attention to left alignment; maybe I'm overthinking something? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 479695 *** |
Created attachment 168728 [details] Bug demonstration SUMMARY After upgrading to Plasma 6, I started to feel something strange when renaming files in Dolphin. After some observation, I realized that the rename text was no longer centered and was positioned to the left. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Dolphin; 2. Select "Rename" for some entry. OBSERVED RESULT Text is shifted to the left after the rename field is changed. EXPECTED RESULT Text must be centered during renaming. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a late report; the bug was discovered in the Plasma 6 release version.
