SUMMARY

You can set the SDDM wallpaper in setting and when entering the system after a boot it would show up just fine. But if you put the system to sleep and then try to log in, you will see the default wallpaper.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings app
2. Go to Colors & Themes
3. Login Screen (SDDM)
4. Change background on the preferred theme
5. Put your computer to sleep
6. Wake it up from sleep

OBSERVED RESULT

SDDM has the default wallpaper instead of the one you just set

EXPECTED RESULT

You should be met with the wallpaper you set
