Description Victor Ryzhykh 2024-04-20 00:28:06 UTC
The video opens in a separate window when using mpv version 0.38.0 in KDE5.
The version for kde6 was fixed in Haruna-1.1.0.
Please make a fix for version 0.12.3.
Or post a patch with a fix,
to add it to the package when building the package.

The bug has been fixed.
If you want to use an old version it's up to you to patch it. Or just use mpv 0.37.0.

MPV has been updated to version 0.38.0.
And the system runs on kde5.
I am building Haruna-1.1.0 for KDE6.
For kde5 need to fix Haruna-0.12.3.
I tried to remake it for version 0.12.3
this patch https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/haruna/-/commit/b59ae6086ff6e9b1d24769db638b5a5d7021c1a3
After applying the fix,
the package is assembled without problems,
but then there is no image in the player,
only sound.
I can't make such a fix myself, or make a proper patch.

I am hope for your help.
I think many are on KDE5, with MPV-0.38.0
this fix will be needed.
Haruna, the best player,
which finally appeared in kde.
