I see that you are using Qt6ct. Do not use Qt5ct or Qt6ct with Plasma or else various settings and integration systems will not work. This is because Qt5ct/Qt6ct replaces Plasma's Qt platform plugin with its own. Qt6ct may or may not be the cause, but try disabling it and set the color scheme using System Settings instead. Kvantum does not work with Qt Quick apps very well. If your theming system sets QPalette colors properly, there should be no issue with at least matching the theme's colors. If the theme or theming system does not set QPalette colors properly, then you're stuck with whatever the default colors used for the system QPalette are. I'm still a bit curious about the issue though. Can you post a screenshot? How did you configure your theme?
