May be related to: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=484597 Workaround: I searched my home directory for all files containing some of the "dead" shortcut name text to try and find residual config files; removing ~/.local/share/kglobalaccel *appears* to have fixed the issue on my machine. I will update this if this is not the case; I still have a copy of the old directory if useful for bughunting. I've attached this to the bug ticket. Created attachment 178096 [details]
