SUMMARY
Enabling the Statistics plugin doesn't seem to work at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Plugins → Statistics
2. Go back to the Torrents area

OBSERVED RESULT
No statistics tab / button / area is accessible

EXPECTED RESULT
Statistics plugin functions and is accessible
