SUMMARY
Baloorunner starts even when baloo is not active

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable file search in KDE Settings
2. Restart session

OBSERVED RESULT
/usr/lib/baloorunner is executed anyway (via plasma-baloorun.service)



EXPECTED RESULT
Baloorunner should be not in execution

So the issues is just the binary taking up resources? plasma-workspace commit fa5ac3fe3421a0077d9d80f52b89536daa732afa removed the code for exiting on startup, because DBus internally thought the service should be reachable.

But I am wondering why the plugin is enabled. When I disable baloo indexing, the runner gets disabled in the config.
