STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the Widget Explorer
2. click on "Get new widgets..." on top and choose "Download new Plasma widgets"
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
As seen in the attached screenshot, the title of the "Get new" dialog is "plasmashell".
For comparison, the title of the dialog used to install global themes is "Download New Global Themes".

EXPECTED RESULT
"Download New Plasma Widgets" title
