SUMMARY

Kate opens a new window for each document on Windows

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  run `kate file1` to open file1 in kate
2.  run `kate file2` to open file2 in kate

OBSERVED RESULT
A new window is created to open file2

EXPECTED RESULT
file2 is opened in the original Kate's window

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 22H2 (Kate installed from Windows Store)
KDE Plasma Version: 
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Last month Kate behaves as expected. A recent update changes this behavior.
