SUMMARY Discover shows "Remove" instead of "Update" when updating a package via .deb (it still functions like an Update). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Grab a .deb file, that contains an update (such as whenever Discord pushes an update) 2. Open it with Discover 3. Click "Remove" OBSERVED RESULT The "Update" button is replaced by a "Remove" button, which updates regardless. EXPECTED RESULT The "Remove" button should remove, whilst an "Update" button should show up, which updates. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Trixie (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This happens to Pulsar too (which at the moment is also updated with .debs). My guess is, any update via .deb is affected.
