STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update a few apps using Discover
2. Wait until the first updates are installed

OBSERVED RESULT
The Updated apps are disappearing from the list and leave a gap

EXPECTED RESULT
The Updated apps are disappearing from the list without leaving a gap

OTHER INFORMATION
A similar issue occurs if you remove a plasmoid from a grouping of plasmoids
