I have multiple Flatpak sources, because I added "Flatpak beta" to use a certain application. But other than that, I prefer the main "Flatpak". In Discover's Settings, I placed "Flatpak" higher than "Flatpak beta", but Discover shows "Flatpak beta" by default when the app is available in both "Flatpak" and "Flatpak beta", for example, Development Tools -> Godot. It shows a warning that "A more stable version is available. " and I have to switch the source to "Flatpak" at the top-right corner.

Shouldn't the user be able to set the precedence of sources? I think most users would want "Flatpak" the default instead of "Flatpak beta".

Is this still an issue in the latest version of discover that your distro offers?

Can you paste this command [flatpak remotes -d] into the command line and upload a screenshot of the output please?
