SUMMARY Dolphin is not generating thumbnails for some PNGs, other software like Gwenview do, so it's unclear if the problem is specific to Dolphin or in kio-extras. If the thumbnail has been generated by another software, then it will display in dolphin, otherwise Dolphin will not generate one. I can attest to it by looking at the content of `~/.cache/thumbnails`. STEPS TO REPRODUCE Browse a folder with affected PNGs in Dolphin. OBSERVED RESULT It won't display thumbnails and `~/.cache/thumbnails` won't contain thumbnail for the affected files. EXPECTED RESULT A thumbnail should be generated in `~/.cache/thumbnails` and displayed in Dolphin.
