SUMMARY
Settings can't be changed since Plasma 6.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade from Plasma 5 to 6 in OpenSUSE Tumbleweed Wayland
2. Right click KNotes taskbar > Configure.
2. Change any setting and save

OBSERVED RESULT
- Changing a setting, saving, closing and reopening settings window results in no change.

EXPECTED RESULT
- Settings save.
- Settings window is a reasonable size, or at least remembers last size.

I don't know where to start fixing this.. I looked for config files and couldn't find anything.
