SUMMARY
When you try to summon the pop-up widget by touch (tap and hold on the canvas), you occasionally get an error message that says

"Krita has encountered an internal error
SAFE ASSERT (krita): "!m_d->readyShortcut" in file builds/graphics/krita/libs/ui/input/kis_shortcut_matcher.cpp, line 875"

You can ignore the message and try the shortcut again, and it might work. Or it might not. Roll of the dice.

That should be the same bug as the one I'm working on right now :)
