The summary is self-explanatory. I don't know whether it is a bug or just missing in general. Of course this can be easily fixed by running one simple command in terminal, but it still should be addressed.

I think it is arch linux policy that systemd services are typically not enabled by default. Anyways this is a downstream packaging/config issue.
