SUMMARY
I think I first experienced this error message 4/2/2024

Discover shows update: System upgrade 1 package will be upgraded 22.8 KiB
After installation and reboot, I get "Failed Offline Update" message:

Failed to update 1 package
Error while installing package:  trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libk Color Picker.so.0' which is also in package likcolorpicker0

Two choices in buttons:  Open Discover and Repair System
Repair System leads to "Repair Failed"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Normal updating of system software
2. System updates, reboots
3. Updates available shows small blue dot indicating something is available.
